Do you have Showhomes around the UK

Yes we work very closely with lodge developments and park home sites to produce homes that fit specific plots and built with the client in mind. We regularly spend hours and days with the park to create the perfect home for the park and the plot.

Can I design my own home?

Yes, some of the time the park may ask the client to go and work with Lissett homes to create their dream home. There are a few instances where the standard designs do not fit the requirements for their chosen site. In these cases we design the home specifically for that site.

Is it a daunting process?

No, firstly you always receive a warm and friendly welcome to the factory throughout the whole process of designing your home or producing a specification. Expert guidance is at hand at all times for you to call on.

Will I be able to see Showhomes at the factory?

We at Lissett pride ourselves on the quality of our homes and as such we take you on a tour of the entire production facility where you will see a number of homes under construction at any one time.

What you see on the production line will no doubt help you with the design process.

Can Lissett produce homes for the physically impaired?

Lissett can design lodges and park homes from scratch to accommodate client’s requirements.

Can I make design changes?

Yes. The drawing office is one of the key areas at Lissett. We are able to show our customers various designs in 3D and produce virtual 'walk throughs', By doing this, our customers gain confidence in what they are planning for the design of their home before it is built.

Can I see the factory?

Yes. At Lissett we allow visitors to come to the factory and view our production facility. All we ask is for an appointment to be made. At the factory you will see the homes on the production line being assembled, also the production of fitted furniture, windows and doors.

Also you will be shown our extensive display area where all our furnishings, fabrics and fittings are on view.

What is a specification?

A specification is the document which is produced for a home at a meeting with a customer who is in the process of purchasing a Lissett home.

By producing a specification you are not committing yourself to purchasing - this is not an order document.

How is the specification produced?

The production of a specification is a pleasant process and consists of spending usually 3-5 hours at Lissett. The Sales Director will assist, advise and guide you through the process from start to finish. You will be selecting all the furnishings, fabrics and fittings for your new home along with finalising the layout.

Lunch is provided at the factory to help make this a pleasant and memorable day.

Once all the information on your new home has been gathered it usually takes 1-2 weeks for the actual document to be made ready and this is then sent out to you via your prospective Park Owner.

Do Lissett offer much choice?

Aside from design changes which have already been mentioned, Lissett have an extensive range of furnishings, fabrics and fittings to choose from. With our flexibility and desire to produce individual homes, we even allow you to delete anything from your home and for you to supply it once your home has been sited. For example, you may wish to keep your existing 3 piece suite or dining furniture. This is not a problem, just take it with you when you move into your new home.
